Sources in SendPro are the systems that send messages to your account. These can be any platforms or tools you use - such as your webshop, ticketing system, or other backend services. You can connect multiple sources to your account, each with its own set of credentials. This setup enables you to route all incoming messages through SendPro, regardless of their origin.
To help you monitor activity effectively, you can use Source Reports or configure Source Notifications to stay informed about message flow and performance.
Every account requires at least one source to function.
Your account needs at least one source. If you have a SendPro Basic account, we’ve set up an SMTP source and an Api source for you to use. With a SendPro Premium account, you have full flexibility to set up as many sources of any type as you need.
