The SendPro platform allows you to create and view reports per source. With a report per source, you can quickly inspect the health of your sources, and gain an insight into the number and type of messages sent. To access your source reports from the SendPro dashboard, open the 'Report' menu en select the item 'Sources'. This opens an overview of all the sources you are reporting on, including an overview of the sent and delivered emails of the past month:
By clicking a line item you open a report specifically for that source. The overview gives you specific information about activity from that source in a given period (default is 'today'):
- Processed emails;
- Sent emails;
- Delivered emails;
- Opened emails (when Open & Click tracking is added);
- Clicked emails (when Open & Click tracking is added).
It also gives you an overview of the top bounce reasons for this source, the most sent Flows, and its recent messages. By clicking one of the messages, you can also zoom in on their message details.
Source notifications
A Source Notification sends an email to a chosen address whenever there’s an error for that source. This is useful for sending alerts directly to the people responsible for that system. Set up Source Notifications under Design > Notifications.
