Improvements
Bounce information is easier to access
The timeline of a message with a soft bounce or hard bounce now includes a Download bounce details text link. The link makes the bounce information easier to find than the previous download icon.
Users with access to message reports can open the link in the Timeline view of a bounced message. The downloaded information helps explain why the message was not delivered.
The new text link appears directly below the bounce information in the timeline. This reduces the need to search for the correct icon before opening the delivery details.
Updated NPS survey
Users may receive an NPS survey in Spotler SendPro asking about their experience with the software. The survey now has an updated appearance.
Bug fixes
- Inline images: Fixed an issue that caused inline images, such as JPEG files sent from mobile devices, to appear broken in the archive and reports.
