End of HTTP support
From March 15th 2025 onwards, SendPro no longer supports HTTP connections to our API. Instead, only HTTPS connections will be supported. This change is part of our commitment to ensuring secure, encrypted connections. HTTPS is the standard for secure connections, ensuring that data transmitted between clients and APIs is encrypted.
SendPro is ending support for HTTP so your data remains safe with us. This is why on March 15th 2025, all HTTP connections to our API will be disabled.
Recommended actions
Take an inventory of your systems and identify which systems are still connecting to the SendPro API using HTTP. If all your systems are already using HTTPS to connect to the SendPro API, no action is required. If some of your systems are still using HTTP, you will need to update them to use HTTPS instead.
Additional information
If you received a notification, it indicates that we have detected at least some HTTP traffic from your systems connecting to our API. Unfortunately, we do not have a list of the specific systems involved, but your IT department should be able to assist in identifying those systems.
SendPro cannot make exceptions to this policy. HTTPS is the modern standard that we are committed to complying with, ensuring the security and privacy of all connections. If this is a serious problem, please contact our support team.
Because setups on different systems may vary, we are unable to offer a step-by-step guide for every environment. However, if you encounter any issues with connecting to SendPro via HTTPS, our support team is available to assist you with troubleshooting and guidance.
