Use Event Flows when the goal is to trigger a follow-up message from within SendPro itself. For instance, you might want to automatically notify a department when a recipient opens an email or clicks a specific link.
Webhooks, on the other hand, are ideal for connecting Spotler SendPro to an external system. They allow your system to receive real-time updates about message events and take immediate action, such as logging, syncing, or triggering external processes.
