How big can an atttachment be that you add to an email

The maximum size of an email is set at 30MB. But you can lower that limit in your flow settings.

Please note, that this 30MB includes the mail itself and any attachments. The base64 encoding of those attachments also takes up space. In practice, this means attachments grow by about one third of their file size. Because of this, the limit of 30MB actually means you can send an attachment of roughly 22.5MB.

Changing the settings for email size

It is possible to adjust the settings for email size:

1. Go to Sources & API under the Setup menu.
   
2. Click on the source you want to change regarding email size.
3. In the source screen, click the Edit source button.
   
4. Customize the Max.message size (KB) field and click Save. Please note the limit is 30MB.
